In the heart of Linz, not far from the Landstraße, the connoisseur can enjoy authentic Indian cuisine. Since the year 2000, the Shashia family has been spoiling their guests with traditional North Indian delicacies. Among the most popular specialities of the house are the dishes and flat breads from the "Tandoor" (charcoal clay oven). Since vegetarian cuisine
plays an important role in India, the Royal Bombay Palace offers not only specialities of fish, chicken and lamb, but also a large selection of meatless dishes, whereby the chefs' sure instinct never makes the food unduly hot.
